How to Choose Your Gang Sheet Size
A gang sheet is one large DTF print sheet holding multiple designs, and picking the right size comes down to how many designs you need and how you plan to use them.
Start with what you're pressing
Count the garments and designs you need first. If you only need one design for one shirt, an individual transfer by size is simpler than building a full sheet. If you need several designs - even different sizes of the same design for youth, adult, and plus sizes - a gang sheet is more efficient.
Common gang sheet lengths
Our gang sheets are a standard 22" width, with length options to match your order size - shorter sheets for a handful of designs, longer sheets when you're filling multiple garments in one production run. Longer sheets generally give you a better cost-per-design as long as the layout is packed efficiently.
