Return Policy

At PrintStationUSA, every item is produced on demand specifically for you. Because each order is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a production error or damaged item.

We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to offer high-quality, made-to-order products at the best possible price.


**Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

All custom-printed and made-to-order items are final sale.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering by mistake

  • Custom designs, personalized items, or DTF transfers

Since these products are printed specifically for each order, they cannot be restocked or resold.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly, we will gladly replace it.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  1. Order number

  2. Clear photos of the issue

  3. A short description of the problem

Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

Because production starts immediately, we can only cancel orders within 1 hour of purchase.
After this window, the order is already being prepared and cannot be canceled or refunded.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please check:

  • Neighboring units

  • Front desk / mailroom

  • With household members

PrintStationUSA is not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
